What is contemplation? And how does it work?
When you contemplate your life, you think profoundly or you think about what you want in life in long periods of time; meditate.
I began to tackle my inner bully by changing the way I thought about myself and by taking all those words of kindness, to be the most honest words that God could express to me.
Once I had begun that journey of change for me, one of my biggest desires was to have friends. Friends that I could share this journey with and enjoy life itself. So part of changing my thoughts, was to know that there were people who wanted to be with me and near me.
I started to contemplate my life being full of great friends. Friends who loved me for me and not for the things I could do for them. To be honest, I lost a friend because of my desires, but I have gained so many amazing friends who enjoy spending time with me.
My question to you is, what are you ready to contemplate into your life? And I ask what you are ready to contemplate into your life because, as I lost a friendship that I really wanted to keep, I had to realize that it wasn’t good for me and I was able to gain the good friends that I desired. So…what are you ready for?
Want the love of your life or the love that you deserve? Contemplate yourself already having that love in your life.
Want that house of your dreams? Contemplate yourself already owning that home. The same thing goes for the car that you want, the money, the friends and the life that you want. Contemplate all of the things that your soul truly desires and enjoy all the great feelings that come while you contemplate. Enjoy those feelings as if everything that you have desired came true at the exact moment that you’re contemplating. I do have to say that some bigger desires do take time and effort… which is great! Can you imagine if next week you get the 5 star restaurant that you’ve desired, but lack the knowledge or the employees to run it. So lets be grateful for that timing gap. I also have to emphasize that you need to be clear on what you really desire.
I want a house! Well great, but what kind of house? Square footage? How many bedroom? Neighborhood? Color? We sure don’t want the universe to listen and we get a house with endless repairs or in a neighborhood that takes you hours to get to work.
So contemplate, enjoy those feelings of joy and excitement, be grateful for it taking it’s time and over all… BE CLEAR.
Much love, peace and joy from

Loved this. I have in the past done this to keep me going when I felt I was close to giving up on a goal, or feeling like a goal was too far away. For example, before getting into nursing school I would picture myself opening that very anticipated nursing school acceptance letter. Anytime I felt the work was too hard or I felt unmotivated I would picture this goal of mine for motivation. When that moment finally arrived it was amazing. I felt on cloud nine. It really does work to picture positive thoughts of your future goals. Now I think I’m going to make a motivational board while I am going through the actual program.
I am very happy that you loved it. It really does help and makes the difference when it comes to progressing into the right direction. Having a dream board is also a great part of contemplation.
I have read so many articles concerning the blogger lovers but this
post is really a good paragraph, keep it up.
